Okay sorry I haven't posted in a few days, I had a friend over. 

Just a quick Tutorial.

I know it isnt that good but I didnt have much time.

You will need: 

Bling Bling Earrings
Vintage Red Glitter Lipstick(Luxe)
Superstar Hair (Page 3)

Step 1: Change hair
Step 2: Put Earrings on

Step 3: Apply Lipstick darkly

Step 4: If you havent already change lips.

((Step 5: If you wish apply brownish eyeshadow lightly.))
